Standard shipping rate is $6.

If you ordered a beaded bra the shipping is $12 and if a shell bra is ordered, the shipping is $20.

When filling out your address for shipping, whether it’s through messages or checkout on the website, make sure you enter your FULL ADDRESS and double check that it is CORRECT. Do not forget to include your apartment, home or unit number. Kendyl’s Jewels is NOT responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the customer. The address given is the address the package will be shipped to.

Kendyl’s Jewels is NOT responsible for any allergies or irritations of any kind. Items are not intended for children and must be treated with proper care. Please read the jewelry care instructions to ensure your piece lasts.

All SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds are offered. Once an order has been completed with Kendyl’s Jewels it’s officially non refundable.

Kendyl’s Jewels is NOT responsible for any damages during shipping or during the buyer's care. If you have any issues feel free to contact Kendyl’s jewels via email or direct message on Instagram and we can offer how to fix your problem on your own. If your item is defective or the wrong size please message IMMEDIATELY so that issue can be resolved.

If your item is damaged after use you can send an email to kendylsjewels@gmail.com to request a fix. If you choose to ask for a fix you will be obligated to pay for shipping and for labor to fix your piece.

Prices are NON NEGOTIABLE for ANY items sold by Kendyl’s Jewels.

If ordering a custom and a buyer has a specific budget or would like to try to make the custom cheaper if possible, make sure you inform us so we can work on an agreement and make suggestions to try to lower the price in cost of materials or less detailed work.

Any items pre-made will not have a negotiable price whatsoever. The work was put into every piece and prices will not be lowered unless a discount is presented.

If you would like to order a custom, fill out the custom order form on the website. When ordering make sure you know what colors or theme or specific qualities you want in your custom design. If you have any inspo it is accepted and appreciated. If you have an event you are planning to wear the custom piece to make sure to include that date so the time frame is known and taken into consideration when planning. With all this information, a price range and time frame can be estimated for customers before we begin the process.

Remakes of previous pieces that have been sold can be remade if desired.

Once the custom process begins a deposit of $200 (non refundable) will be submitted, then a time will be scheduled to pick beads together. After beads are chosen by the customer to satisfaction Kendyl’s Jewels will begin working and will send updates as your vision is being created. You’ll be notified of the final price (which will include shipping). The original $200 deposit will be subtracted from the total.
